Just do it. If it's too much or not enough, you can tweak it back. The change %'s are low, so not like it's going to break the he'll out of the game.

Also, keep in mind that "walk the walk" is opposite of "talk the talk." When you walk the walk, but then talk the talk about walking the walk, you've immediately undone all the walking.

Isn't his argument that if all the clerics had no prayer, that such would disregard the ratios you posted? If all clerics had no prayer, it wouldn't change that all teams would have clerics, so the ratios would still be balanced between classes.

Are the elemental wall nerfs still in place?

It'd be easier if symbol of brilliance just boosted the spell damages and effect values by a percent.
