A global message is sent to all players when a user taps the power of the shrine to resurrect themselves (or something to that effect)

I think it would be cool, and more experience for the clerics to allow up to heal other 3 (debatable) and lifegiving. Lifegiving would be full heal.

What if we could increase the leveling system to 35. But cap Clerics to 30?

If approved, we can appropriately balance it with the cleric nerf.
