When I click the link it opens up a page that does not load anything, I tried multiple browsers.

it's a hefty download - 50m or so - it takes a few. i've tested with chrome and win10 IE

Not supported on phones. I haven't even used a PC outside of work and bills since Fallout 4 released, and then for a year before that lol

find a browser that has WebGL support...
