- Fixed an "invalid context" bug when a relaunch is required.

- Updated to work with the latest TOS INA version.
- Removed all warp commands as they've been fixed on all servers.
- Removed /ba and /bd as it's been fixed on all servers.
- Removed old useless code.
- Updated documentation.
