Make DK Great Again

Some ideas for Death Knell:

1. Players hit with Death Knell cannot heal themselves or be healed for 4 seconds. Make the skull thing visible for 4 seconds so players can see who can't be healed. Ideally, fighters on the team of the DK cleric will see the skull and unload their firepower on the skulled player. This approach will have great benefits:

a. It will foster better teamwork.
b. It will proactively fix healother/FH abuse that would otherwise be rampant in high-level matches.
c. It will make level 30 clerics killable.

2. Make Death Knell hit through prayer. I remember this was added in the old server, not sure if it's in this one.

DK clerics will become cleric-killing machines with these two changes.
