Instance key?

I bought an instance key, but it says Your subscription expired on: Thursday, January 1st, 2015 12:00AM
What to do?

An instance key is for extra PCs, it's not the subscription. Do you want me to remove the instance key and give you back the credits so you can add time?

Yea i would like that if you wouldnt mind. I thought it was a key so that i could use it all the time
