Sorry, I have no plans to support JP TOS at the moment.

Is that because of xigncode3?
so it is assumed that If I can disable xigncode3 for few minutes, I can use equipment hack.

Xigncode is already bypassed... the problem is that I would need to write a custom login system like I did with Taiwan and I really don't have the time for that at the moment.
