This message appeared on one of my computer a few hours ago and I havent been able to use hook64 on it since then. Game runs fine without hook64.

I would suggest you check for malware that's proxying your connection.
I just helped someone who just had the exact same problem, and that was the issue.

I tried to check for malware but didnt not find anything. I doubt it is due to malware because I've never used that computer to browse internet. Even the hook64 and steam were transferred using pendrive. As far I can see, there isnt any suspicious TCP connections. On that computer, I get 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied (You do not have permissions to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied) error when trying to access gamemodi.net website. No problem when trying to access any other websites.
I havent have such issues until today, more precisely it started happening somewhere around when the latest version was released.

Theres been some kind of certificate authority problem, not on my end, so I've edited the latest Hook64 to temporarily bypass SSL, redownload Hook64 from the normal link and it should work.

The latest version fixed the problem. Now the game can run with hook64 but the website is still inaccessible on that computer. The problem is kinda solved. Thank you so much!

One of the Certificate Authorities may be having problems.
