That's the common TOS XML bug.

Open the Hook64 launcher, right click Tree of Savior, and click Fix XML Files.

This will delete the offending XML files so they can be regenerated. You'll lose some settings in the process.

Hi Sorien, I did as you suggested. Whenever I select character and go to loading screen, it will show these error again..
What is the next step to rectify the error?

Open your Tree of Savior /release/ folder and delete all xml files that start with "chat_config_" in their name, example: chat_config_76561197969940391.xml

I would like to note that this isn't a bug with Hook64, it's an old TOS bug that they still haven't fixed.

If your game shuts down, crashes, or something similar there's a high chance your XML files will get corrupted.
