Russian language in ESO

Hello. Thanks for your work! Now I can play this game with normal fov. But is there any way to put Russian in the game? The game supports Russian, but when you start the game through hook64, the game starts in English. I tried to remove the line with the language in the file with the settings, and also set the value to "ru" there, but this does not work.

I added Russian for you. Redownload Hook64 and set Russian in the out of game settings as your language.
