I have a feeling you extracted an earlier version of Hook64 to the games folder and are trying to launch it from another directory so it's launching the old version of Hook64.

Delete all Hook64 files from the /release/ folder for ToS, redownload Hook64, extract all Hook64 files to the ToS /release/ folder and run Launcher64.exe.

I deleted all the old HOOK64, and re-download, placed in the ToS / release / folder and run Launcher64.exe.
The implementation of hook64, completely no action, during which I have anti-virus software shut down.
