Hi there, Could you explain how to change a job for a little bit more please?

I tried this function out of curiosity and ruined my char. I was Lv 12 of Rank 6 and got to the next Circle right away after use and lost the remaining points e could gain and got another Circle of a class i've already reached its maximum. I can't use it anymore because ppl who look at my profile would have seen the Circle 4 and this does not exist in game.

I think it should be more explained to avoid mistakes like mine.
